Disclosure of conflict of interest has become a standard practice in recent times. In order to find its ultimate meaning in our scenario we should consider its definition and scope, its implementation challenges and its specific aim to define which is the message intended to be transmitted. And train ourselves not only as speakers but particularly as receptors for a fair and complete analysis of each particular situation.
